Where we stop, and why
Work that requires a Texas occupational license — electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other regulated trades — is performed by properly licensed contractors, not by our general maintenance staff. If your request needs a licensed trade, we will tell you and route it to a licensed contractor rather than doing it ourselves. That boundary protects you as much as it protects us.
How handyman work is priced
- $85/hour with a 1-hour minimum for general work
- Fixed-bid pricing for defined scopes, quoted before work starts
- Materials at cost, with receipts
For Masons-managed properties, handyman work follows the owner's approval threshold like any other maintenance.
