Consent to conduct business electronically and to receive documents and disclosures electronically, including the right to request a paper copy and to withdraw consent. Must be finalised under E-SIGN and UETA before electronic signatures are used for leases or management agreements.

Applicant certification that the information provided is accurate and complete, and consent to verification of the information provided.

Written authorization to obtain a consumer report — which may include credit, criminal, eviction and rental history information — from a consumer reporting agency for the purpose of evaluating a rental application, together with the adverse action process required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Every maintenance request asks whether our technician may enter when the resident is not home, and records the answer with the request. Entry is otherwise handled in accordance with the lease and Texas law.

Express consent to be contacted by phone, text or email, with a clear opt-out. Required before any SMS notifications are enabled.

We Clean and Fix is an affiliated company under common ownership with Masons Property Management. Owners are told when work is routed to the affiliate, see the price before work begins, and may decline and use a contractor of their choice.

Information About Brokerage Services and the TREC Consumer Protection Notice will be published here where required, once licensing arrangements are finalised. No license number is displayed until one is issued.
