Leasing service
Tenant placement for owners who manage their own property.
How placement works
- 1
Rental analysis
We price the property against what is actually leasing nearby, not against what is listed and sitting.
- 2
Listing and photography
Professional listing copy and real photos of your property. Listings that look neglected attract residents who treat the property the same way.
- 3
Syndication and inquiry handling
The listing goes where renters actually look, and inquiries are answered — the most common reason a good listing underperforms is unanswered calls.
- 4
Showings
Coordinated showings with follow-up on every genuine prospect.
- 5
Screening
Written criteria applied identically to every applicant, with screening performed by a compliant consumer reporting agency.
- 6
Lease and move-in
Lease preparation, execution, deposit handling and a photo-documented move-in condition report you keep.
