Property Management Without the Typical Property Management Headaches
Transparent maintenance
You see the entire chain on one screen: the request, the diagnosis, the photos, the estimate, your approval, the completion photos and the invoice. Nothing is summarised for you after the fact.
Solves: repairs you never heard about, unexplained deductions, no visibility into work orders
Owner approval controls
You set a maintenance authorization limit — $250 by default, changeable any time. Below it, we handle it and tell you. Above it, nothing starts without your yes.
Solves: unnecessary repairs, work done without approval, owner funds treated like a blank cheque
Photo documentation
Before photos, after photos, technician notes and the invoice, attached to the work order. Whenever it is practical to photograph something, we photograph it.
Solves: no photos of repairs, poor documentation, no proof the work was done
No surprise bills
Management fees and any applicable service charges are published on our pricing page and written into the management agreement. What you read before signing is what you are billed.
Solves: hidden fees, expensive renewal fees, excessive placement fees
Our operational advantage
One Team to Manage, Clean and Maintain Your Property.
One call. One team. Property management, maintenance and cleaning.
Most property managers have to find a handyman, wait for a callback, wait for an estimate, then wait for a schedule. We own the affiliated company that does the work. Cleaning, general maintenance, make-readies and turnovers are coordinated inside our own operation instead of queued behind someone else's calendar.
Masons Property Management

We Clean and Fix

Work that requires a Texas occupational license — electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other regulated trades — is routed to properly licensed contractors. We Clean and Fix handles cleaning, general maintenance and non-regulated repair work.
We Clean and Fix is an affiliated company under common ownership with Masons Property Management. When we route work to our affiliate we tell you, we show you the price before the work starts, and you may always decline and use a vendor of your choice.
Why our pricing works
Why We Don't Maintain an Expensive Office
Most property owners don't need to pay for marble countertops, conference rooms or expensive commercial rent. They need someone answering the phone, collecting rent, screening tenants, inspecting the property and getting maintenance handled.
Masons Property Management operates as a technology-first property management company. By reducing unnecessary overhead, we can keep management fees competitive while investing in service, technology and people in the field.
Lower overhead. Better service. More value for property owners.
What you are not paying for
- A storefront lease on a main road
- A reception desk you will never visit
- A conference room used four times a year
- Commercial utilities, furnishing and upkeep
- Staff whose job is to maintain an office
What that money funds instead
- Property managers who go to the property
- Photo-documented inspections
- In-house cleaning and maintenance capacity
- Owner and tenant portal technology
- Faster response on the things that cost you money
Straightforward pricing
Published rates. No fee you find out about later.

Reviews
We don't publish reviews we haven't earned yet.
Masons Property Management is a new company. Rather than fill this space with testimonials that do not exist, we have built the review system and left it empty until real owners and tenants have something to say. When they do, their words will appear here with their consent — and our Google reviews will be linked directly so you can verify them yourself.
If you would like to speak with a current client before signing, ask us. Once we have clients willing to take that call, we will connect you.
Questions owners ask first
Frequently asked questions
Essential Management is 7% of collected rent and Full Service is 8%, each with a monthly minimum. Tenant placement is 50% of one month's rent, charged once when a resident is placed. Final pricing depends on the property, so the number in your written proposal is the number that matters.
